For over 10 years, I’ve been helping people build strength, confidence, and better habits not through quick fixes or crash diets, but through real coaching, structure, and support.
My background is in strength and conditioning, and I’ve coached everyone from athletes to complete beginners. What I’ve learned is this:

Absolutely. The 28-Day Stronger You Beginner Challenge is designed for women of all fitness levels, especially beginners. You’ll get expert coaching, clear guidance, and a supportive pace that meets you where you’re at.
Nope. This program is about helping you feel leaner, stronger, and more confident, not bulky. We focus on controlled movements, proper form, and training that makes you feel amazing about your body.
Most gyms throw you into a class and hope for the best. We coach you properly. Our small group setting means you’re supported every step, with real attention from a coach who knows your name, your goals, and how to help you reach them.
Just 2–3 sessions per week, each around 45 minutes. You’ll get structure, support, and results without spending hours in the gym or figuring it all out on your own.
Most women notice they feel stronger, leaner, more energised, and more confident by the end of the 4 weeks. This isn’t a crash plan, it’s the beginning of something that actually lasts.
There’s no pressure to continue, but most women do. Once you experience real coaching in a supportive space, you won’t want to go back to anything else. We’ll talk you throughthe next steps when the time is right.
